Review Rajnagar Reboot:
Rajnagar Reboot, I would say it's not too good, nor the waste or third-fourth rated, average comic would be fair to say. It is not as much impressive, as the readers were expected. Rajnagar became hibernation and the cause is still not known. In such, rebooting of Rajnagar looks very far away. I can guess this series will run long enough.
Comes to the story, the story in the first 5 pages of the comic is of present time and in the rest of the pages the background story is continued. The story so far has exceeded the total of 180 pages, but the main problem is what? The reader does not know yet. What kind of serious illness Inspector Steel has been suffering from? How Rajnagar became Hibernation? What is the matter of Analytical weapons? Many such questions have not answered yet. The only thing revealed is, it's the battle of man versus machine. And this was already revealed in the first part of the series.
It would be wrong to say that the pace of the story is slow. You can say that the story is very much linked to the other incidents and without describing them, the story would be incomplete. A Request to the respected author, kindly finish the background story first and then concentrate on the present story. All is messed up in the simultaneously ongoing stories of the Past and the present. A good story is getting wasted in trying to put the twist in the story.
Artwork is average, but a few frames of some pages are pretty good. Inking and coloring is fine. But even that, will have to say that the overall artwork of this comic is not upto the mark. It seems the comic were quickly settled. In a few scenes the faces of the characters have been made extremely poor. If you compared some frames, a few characters looks different in various frames, especially Dhruv and Black Cat. More attention is needed on the artwork.
Dialogues are simple but good. In some scenes, the author had tried to make the Dialogues excessively powerful, but the attempt was ineffective. Dialogues of the argument between Dhruv and Steel are powerful and perfect.
Drawbacks of the Comic:
- The last part of this series "Hibernation" in which the story was left in an interesting situation with full of twist, that incident has been ended in only one page in this comic. Chandika and Black cat saved by Dhruv, this incident should have shown little detailed.
- In page no 6, Dhruv uses the star-rope to get Chandika and Black Cat out of the truck and protects them from bombing. In this scene Star-Rope looks like the tail of Bhediya rather than the rope. Who catches its target itself.
- Inspector Steel tries to arrest Natasha, but does not try to arrest Black Cat. Black Cat is also a criminal, she often breaks the law and she was also present there at that time.
- Page 52 the first frame, Dhruv is shown using a smoke bomb to protect Black Cat from Inspector Steel. One thing I would like to remind the author which every fan of Dhruv knows, and that is "He does not use any kind of weapons". Star-Blades, Nerve Gas Capsules and Stars-rope are used by him for defense or attack in place of arms.
- Dhruv does a dangerous stunt, he stuck the Star Rope into the street light pole and flaccid in the air along with Black Cat and passes over a truck coming from the front. His bike Skidded and came out from under the truck. Dhruv is holding star-rope with one hand and with the other hand he lift up the bike and gets back on the bike. Black Cat in the air does some strange stunts and is reached safely on the back seat. Give a hand for this tremendous stunt. Really, is it possible? Let's assume Dhruv and black cat flaccid on rope and crossed the truck. Also assume that the bike was come out safe and sound by sliding from the bottom of the truck. Dhruv lift up the bike and again sat on it. But how can Black Cat reach to the back seat? Dhruv dropped Black Cat in the air and then picked up the bike. In between these few seconds, what kind of acrobatic stunts Black Cat does so she hung in the air and did not fall on the ground? Author is requested please don't spoil the credibility of our beloved Dhruv by showing such unusual and unbelievable stunts. If you have to shoot this scene for a movie, so how's that possible? And if somehow someone shoots this scene, how this scene will look like on the screen?
- Page No. 56 in the last frame, Dhruv is holding the rope star by his left-hand and on his right-hand he is lifting Black Cat. In the next page, star rope is on his right-hand and he is picking the bike from his left hand. In such a situation he did not have enough time to change his hands, and if he does so then it is even more difficult to pick up the bike. Why, because the bike was falls on his right hand side. Here the artist has made a mistake in the picture.
- In the same scene, Dhruv could not do the task, and Inspector Steel makes it. Dhruv could not jump over the truck with his bike, and 450 kgs of Inspector Steel with his bike made that jump quite easily.
- The questions of the previous parts are not answered in this comic, but a few more new questions have risen in this comic. Especially those alien "Protoplast", he has disappeared after the first part of the series. To keep the reader's interest, the suspense should be for a limited time and in limited quantity and it is very important.
Positive side of the comic:
- The story has the novelty, dialogue are strong and good.
- Besides the Multistar comics, Dhruv and Steel are together first time in a series. The two first appeared together in a series and that too each other face to face. I believe that this experiment surely would have liked by the other readers, just like me.
- The dialogues of the villain Steel are very powerful and effective. Completely suits to his heavy personality.
- Inspector Steel scores on negative roll, this is quite fantastic experiment.
Overall, this is an average comic but is good to read. I recommend, if you have only this part of the series and you are supposed to read it. Then you definitely will not like this comic as much, as you like it after reading the both previous parts of the series. Before reading the "Rajnagar Reboot" must read the previous two parts of the series "Rajnagar Rakshak" and "Hibernation".

बात करें कहानी की तो, "राजनगर रिबूट" कॉमिक के पहले 5 पृष्ठों में कहानी वर्तमान समय की है और बाकी के पृष्ठों में भूतकाल की। कहानी अब तक कुलमिलाकर 180 पृष्ठों की हो चुकी है, लेकिन अभी तक मुसीबत की जड़ का ही पता नहीं चल सका है। इंस्पेक्टर स्टील किस गंभीर बीमारी का शिकार हुआ है? राजनगर का ये हाल कैसे हुआ? एनालिटिकल हथियारों का क्या माजरा है? ऐसे कई सवालों के जवाब अब तक नहीं मिले हैं। पता चला है तो बस इतना की, ये लड़ाई है इंसान बनाम मशीन। जोकि श्रृंखला के पहले भाग में पता चल चुका था।
कहानी की गति को धीमा कहना गलत होगा, हाँ ये ज़रूर कह सकते हैं की कहानी से जुडी घटनाएं बहुत ज़्यादा हैं और उनका वर्णन किये बिना कहानी अधूरी होगी। लेखक से मेरी बिनती है, कृपया या तो पहले भूतकाल की कहानी सुना लें या फिर वर्तमान की। भूत और वर्तमान की खिचड़ी पक गयी अब तो। कहानी में ट्विस्ट डालने की कोशिश में अच्छी खासी कहानी कहानी बरबाद हो रही है।
आर्टवर्क औसत है, कुछ एक दृश्य काफी अच्छे बने है। इंकिंग और रंगसज्जा ठीक-ठीक है। लेकिन फिर भी ये कहना पड़ेगा की इस कॉमिक का ओवरआल आर्टवर्क उच्च स्तरीय नहीं है। कुछ एक दृश्यों में किरदारों के चेहरे बेहद ख़राब बनाये गए हैं, मानो जल्दी-जल्दी में निपटा दिए गए हों। अगर आप ध्यान से देखेंगे तो आपको कुछ एक किरदार विभिन्न दृश्यों में अलग अलग नजर आएँगे, ख़ास कर ध्रुव और ब्लैक कैट। आर्टवर्क पर और अधिक ध्यान देने की ज़रूरत है।
संवाद साधारण हैं, लेकिन अच्छे हैं। कहीं कहीं पर संवादों को ज़रूरत से ज़्यादा प्रभावशाली बनाने की कोशिश की गयी है, नतीजा बेअसर। स्टील और ध्रुव के बीच हुई बहस के संवाद दमदार हैं, बढ़िया हैं।
कुल मिलाकर, यह एक औसत कॉमिक है, लेकिन पढ़ने लायक है। मेरा सुझाव है, अगर आपके पास इस श्रृंखला का केवल यही भाग है और आप इसे पढ़ने वाले हैं, तो आपको निश्चित रूप से यह कॉमिक इतना पसंद नहीं आएगी। जितना की इसके दोनों भाग पढ़ने के बाद। "राजनगर रिबूट" पढ़ने से पहले इसके पिछले दोनों भाग "राजनगर रक्षक" और "हाइबरनेशन" ज़रूर पढ़ें।

समीक्षा राजनगर रिबूट:

कॉमिक की खामियां:
- श्रृंखला के पिछले भाग "हाइबरनेशन" में कहानी को जिस रोचक और ट्विस्ट से भरी परिस्थिति में छोड़ दिया गया था, उस घटना को इस कॉमिक में केवल एक ही पृष्ठ में निपटा दिया गया। ध्रुव द्वारा चण्डिका और ब्लैक कैट को बचाये जाने के दृश्य को थोड़ा विस्तार से दिखाया जाना चाहिए था।
- पृष्ठ संख्या 6, ध्रुव चण्डिका और ब्लैक कैट को रस्सी से बांध कर ट्रक के निचे से निकलता है और बम विस्फोट से बचाता है। इस दृश्य में स्टार रोप रस्सी कम और भेड़िया की पूँछ ज़्यादा लग रही है। जो की अपने लक्ष्य से खुद ही लिपट जाती है।
- इंस्पेक्टर स्टील नताशा को गिरफ्तार करने की कोशिश करता है, लेकिन ब्लैक कैट को गिरफ्तार नहीं करता। जबकि ब्लैक कैट भी कानून की नजर में एक मुजरिम है और वह उस समय वहीँ मौजूद थी।
- पृष्ठ संख्या 52 पहली फ्रेम, ध्रुव ब्लैक कैट को स्टील से बचाने के लिए स्मोक बम का इस्तेमाल करता हुआ दिखाया गया है। मैं यहाँ पर लेखक को याद दिलाना चाहूंगा की, जिस ध्रुव को उसके चाहने वाले जानते हैं वह कभी भी किसी भी तरह के हथियार का इस्तेमाल नहीं करता, अपने पास रखना तो बहुत दूर की बात है। हथियार के नाम पर उसके पास केवल स्टार ब्लेड्स, नर्व गैस कैप्सूल्स और स्टार रोप ही होती है।
- ध्रुव एक खतरनाक स्टंट करता है, वह स्टार रोप को स्ट्रीट लाइट खम्बे से अटका कर ब्लैक कैट के साथ हवा में झूलता हुआ, सामने से आ रहे ट्रक के ऊपर से निकल जाता है। उसकी बाइक फिसलती हुई, ट्रक के नीचे से निकल आती है। ध्रुव एक हाथ से स्टार रोप पकडे हुए है और दूसरे हाथ से बाइक को उठता है और वापस बाइक पर सवार हो जाता है। ब्लैक कैट हवा में उटपटांग करतब करती हुई पिछली सीट पर सकुशल बैठ जाती है। इस ज़बरदस्त स्टंट के लिए ज़ोरदार तालियां। वाकई, क्या ऐसा हो सकता है? चलो मान लिया, ध्रुव और ब्लैक कैट रस्सी से लटक कर ट्रक को पार कर गए। ये भी मान लिया की बाइक स्किड करती हुई ट्रक के निचे से सही सलामत निकल आई। ध्रुव बाइक उठाकर फिर से उसपर बैठ भी गया। लेकिन ब्लैक कैट कैसे बैठ सकती है? ध्रुव ने ब्लैक कैट को हवा में छोड़ा, फिर बाइक उठाई। ध्रुव के ब्लैक कैट को छोड़ने और बाइक उठाने के बीच इन कुछ सेकण्ड्स में ब्लैक कैट कौन सी कलाबाजियां खाकर हवा में लटकी रही, निचे नहीं गिरी? लेखक से अनुरोध है की कृपया इस तरह के अटपटे स्टंट दिखाकर, ध्रुव की साख को मिटटी में न मिलाएं। अगर कल को आपने यही दृश्य फिल्माना हो तो ये कैसे मुमकिन होगा और अगर स्पेसल इफेक्ट्स से यह दृश्य फिल्मा भी दिया तो ये देखने में कैसा लगेगा।
- पृष्ठ संख्या 56 की लास्ट फ्रेम में ध्रुव बाएं हाथ से (लेफ्ट) स्टार रोप पकडे हुए है और दायें हाथ से (राइट) ब्लैक कैट को। अगले पृष्ठ में ध्रुव के दायें हाथ में (राइट) स्टार रोप है और बाएं हाथ से (लेफ्ट) वह बाइक उठा रहा है। ऐसी स्तिथि में उसके पास हाथ बदलने का बिलकुल भी समय नहीं था और अगर बदल भी लेता तो यह उसके लिए और भी मुश्किल हो जाता क्यूंकि बाइक उसके दाहिनी तरफ गिरी हुई थी। यहाँ चित्र में गलती हुई है।
- इसी दृश्य में जो काम ध्रुव नहीं कर सका वो काम इंस्पेक्टर स्टील ने कर दिखाया। जहाँ ध्रुव बाइक समेत ट्रक के ऊपर से छलांग नहीं लगा सका, वह छलांग 450 किलो वज़नी इंस्पेक्टर स्टील ने बाइक समेत आसानी से लगा ली।
- इस कॉमिक्स में पिछले भागों के सवालों के जवाब नहीं मिले, बल्कि इस कॉमिक में कई और सवाल खड़े हो गए हैं। खासकर वो एलियन "प्रोटोप्लास्ट" तो पहले भाग के बाद से गायब ही हो गया है। पाठक की रूचि को बनाये रखने के लिए सस्पेंस का एक सीमित समय तक और सीमित मात्रा में होना बहुत ज़रूरी है।
कॉमिक के सकारात्मक पक्ष:
- कहानी में नयापन है, संवाद अच्छे और ज़ोरदार हैं।
- मल्टीस्टार कॉमिक्स के अलावा पहली बार ध्रुव और स्टील किसी श्रृंखला में एकसाथ हैं। दोनों पहली बार एकसाथ किसी श्रृंखला में दिखे और वह भी एक दूसरे के आमने सामने। मुझे लगता है की मेरी ही तरह अन्य पाठकों को भी ये प्रयोग निश्चित रूप से पसंद आया होगा।
- विलेन स्टील के संवाद काफी दमदार और प्रभावशाली है। बिलकुल उसकी भारीभरकम शख्सियत के अनुरूप।
- इंस्पेक्टर स्टील नेगेटिव रोले में खरा उतरा है, ये काफी बढ़िया प्रयोग है।
कुल मिलाकर, यह एक औसत कॉमिक है, लेकिन पढ़ने लायक है। मेरा सुझाव है, अगर आपके पास इस श्रृंखला का केवल यही भाग है और आप इसे पढ़ने वाले हैं, तो आपको निश्चित रूप से यह कॉमिक इतना पसंद नहीं आएगी। जितना की इसके दोनों भाग पढ़ने के बाद। "राजनगर रिबूट" पढ़ने से पहले इसके पिछले दोनों भाग "राजनगर रक्षक" और "हाइबरनेशन" ज़रूर पढ़ें।
