Step 1: Right click on the folder (which you want to customize), then click on properties.
Step 2: Click on Customize (the last option).
Step 3: Now go to the last option, under the "Folder Icons", and click on "Change Icon".
Step 4: Then browse for your ".ico" file and select it.
(Any .ico file from the zip file which you have just downloaded. Don't just select the entire zip file, first you need to extract the zip file and then use any ico file present in it).
Step 5: Now click OK, then apply and OK again.
Refresh and check now, your Folder Icon has been changed to your favorite.
